My Discount Bath Vanity Was Difficult to Return

I recently purchased a discount bath vanity to put in a rental property I own. I wanted to be able to install something of quality that was not too expensive. I bought it from a home improvement center locally and brought it home. When I took it out of the box I noticed that one of the vanity drawers came with no face on the front of it. I called the store and asked if I could bring it back right away for an exchange of the drawer only. Because I had just spent an hour lugging it up two flights of stairs and through a narrow doorway, I was not looking forward to dragging it back to the store. Would you believe that not only was I instructed to bring the entire bath vanity back to the store, but that I had to package it up exactly as it was before I opened it? I told the store clerk that if I had known the whole process was going to be so difficult I would’ve spent the extra money to have one installed by a professional. In the end, I chose to keep the vanity and make a face plate for the drawer myself. This proved to be quicker than packaging the whole thing up and taking it back to the store anyway.

I didnt want to be flashy, but I had to upgrade so I got a 72 inch bath vanity. It wasnt that I tried to get one that was as big as it gets. I was trying to get something a bit bigger that what I already had. I was pleased with my decision. I have looked throughout various magazines for home decorating ideas and my decision was excellent. I am going to take pictures and post them on my blog to let people decide if I made the right decision. The price is absolutely outstanding and I was glad that I shopped around instead of jumping on the first vanity that I saw. I am going to take comments on the piece on my blog. I have been adamant on the fact that I was not trying to show anyone up or be pricey, but rather merely upgrade and its a wonderful addition to the dcor in my home.

My new house needs crown molding. It it in a older area of town, and all the other houses have crown molding. To dress up my design, I go ahead and pick up some basic crown, that will go well with my house. I will also need an air compressor, as I read a few Air Compressor Reviews that pointed me in the right direction a few months ago when I purchased it. The nail gun was also purchased online. I picked up a nice Senco air nail gun for a reasonable price.
Now that I have it all together, I am going to nail up the crown. Before I can do that, I will need to cut it to the right length. Doing so with a saw, I get it to the right length. I did not forget to cut it at a 45 degree angle on the ends, so I can match them up.
